Lotus Notes Email Availability on Mobile Devices
Information Services (IS) has added mobile access for Lotus Notes (LN) email via Lotus Notes Traveler for UNO faculty and staff. LN Traveler provides quick access to email, including attachments, calendar, and address book for the following mobile device platforms: Apple iPhone, Apple iPod Touch, Nokia Symbian devices (S60), and Microsoft Windows Mobile (5, 6 and 6.1). To learn more about LN Traveler availability go to here or contact the Customer Services at 4-HELP (4-4357).
Reclaim Your Mail File Space
If you seem to have problems sending and receiving e-mail, it may be because you are close to your mail file quota size (1000 MB). Warnings are sent at the 90% mark, and your file is ‘frozen’ when it meets or exceeds the maximum. Click here for information on reclaiming mail file space.
Antispam Filtering Program
There are two ways to access the Antispam filtering program. When the filtering program finds spam you will receive an email with the subject title “Spam Quarantine Summary”. There is a link at the bottom of the message that will take you to the Antispam filtering program to check the messages that have been quarantined. Another way to access the Antispam filtering program is to point your browser to http://is.unomaha.edu/security/antispam.php. Use your UNO Net ID to log in.
